A traditional 4-year college wasn't the right choice for me, not because I don't value learning, but because of how rapidly the world is changing. With an internet connection and some hard work, I can learn real, valuable skills to fundamentally change how companies do business. I have always been naturally inclined to self-learning.

Leadership runs in my family. My father served as a police officer for 34 years, retiring as a commander after a lifetime of service to the community. My brother is an officer in the United States Army, leading with discipline and service. My mother has spent her career shaping young minds as a lead preschool teacher. From them, I learned that leadership is not about age or titles; it's about responsibility, service, and the willingness to step up when others hesitate.

Thats the foundation of my work. I may be young, but I bring focus, capability, and drive to help businesses not just keep up with the future - but lead it.
